Month 1
A one-day photo and video shoot in the dining room and the kitchen. It produced the library of photos and vertical clips that fueled everything else, with no need to call the photographer back every month.
Case study · Ristorante Da Alice
Restaurant marketing that was already well crafted, made scalable and measurable.
Da Alice is a project launched two years ago by a well-known family of restaurateurs. The goal was to sharpen the focus of its communication, showcase the team's expertise as well, and bring more traffic to the website and social channels, and with it more bookings. In the first four months the numbers moved, and the work continues.
The numbers
The engagement is still active and work on the project continues.
The starting point
Da Alice is a project launched two years ago by a well-known family of restaurateurs. A clear identity, a beautifully run dining room, a cuisine people remember. The communication was already in place too: active social profiles, a website, a well-maintained Google Business Profile.
The goal was to take it one step further: sharpen the focus of the communication, tell the story not only of the dishes but also of the team's expertise, and bring more traffic to the website and social channels, leading in turn to more bookings.
So the work was not about rebuilding. It was about sharpening the focus and building a system that can grow: content that lives up to the cuisine, a simple booking experience and numbers reviewed every month.
The work
No revolution. One piece at a time, in the order that made a difference.
Month 1
A one-day photo and video shoot in the dining room and the kitchen. It produced the library of photos and vertical clips that fueled everything else, with no need to call the photographer back every month.
Months 1 and 2
A refreshed website with two-click online booking, and an optimized Google Business Profile: professional photos, opening hours, an updated menu and review requests to guests.
Months 2 and 3
A more consistent social media editorial plan, drawing on content already in the library, and the first local campaigns on Google and Meta within the radius that makes sense for fine dining.
Months 3 and 4
Emails to guests who had already booked, and a monthly report with the real numbers: how many bookings, how many calls, and what each one cost.
Behind the scenes
Shots from a single day, then used on the website, on the Google Business Profile and as the basis for the month's social content.

Transparency
Bookings are those confirmed by the booking system between April and July 2026, the first four months of an engagement that is still ongoing. Calls are those recorded by the Google Business Profile over the same period. The x2.6 in social reach compares July with June 2026.
