Case study · Cipriani Food
A great name, an ecommerce growing to match it.
Cipriani Food is a brand that needs no introduction. Its ecommerce, however, still had room to grow at the same pace as the brand. Since April 2026 we have been working on email, SEO and advertising, with strategies tailored market by market across Europe and the United States. In the first full quarter, the online store began to keep pace with the brand: more orders, more revenue and more people choosing to stay in touch.
The numbers
May to July 2026 compared with the same period in 2025, based on ecommerce data.
The starting point
At the table, the Cipriani name speaks for itself. Its products arrive online with a reputation built over decades and a catalog that ranges from panettone to gift boxes.
The ecommerce had solid foundations but was not yet expressing the brand's full potential: channels were up and running but not yet pushed all the way, and different markets were being handled in the same way.
Europe and the United States differ in brand awareness and buying habits. In some markets the name already opens the door and the job is to capture demand; in others, awareness has to be built before asking for the purchase. Our work started from this distinction.
The work
Three channels, several markets, one team, one direction.
Email marketing
An editorial plan and automated welcome, abandoned cart and repeat purchase flows, adapted by region and language: calendar, consumption occasions, featured offer and tone change from market to market.
Technical and on-site SEO
Technical fixes and a review of category and product page content, to reach people who are already searching for Cipriani products.
Advertising
Campaigns built around each market's level of brand awareness: where the brand is already strong, we capture existing demand and turn it into purchases; where awareness still needs building, we start by introducing the brand and catalog, then focus on the people who have shown interest.
Markets and measurement
Separate budgets and structures for Europe and the United States, with results read market by market, so momentum in one region never hides what can still be improved in the other.
Transparency
The comparison is between May to July 2026 and the same quarter of 2025, based on ecommerce data. April 2026 is excluded because it was the month the partnership began and is not comparable.
Different sectors, same method: one team, one direction, and numbers you can verify.
