1. Data controller

The data controller of the personal data collected through this website is Longino Digital Factory S.r.l., with registered office at Via Ambrogio Moroni 8, 20005 Pogliano Milanese (MI), Italy, VAT no. 13514890964.

2. What data we collect

  • Data you provide voluntarily: first and last name, business name, email address, telephone number, city, website, the content of messages and the answers entered in self-assessment questionnaires, when you fill in a contact form or request a digital assessment.
  • Purchase data, if you buy a course or another product: billing details, address, order details. Payment data is processed directly by the payment service provider and is neither transmitted to nor stored by us.
  • Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, date and time of the visit, referring website, identifiers of cookies and similar technologies. Details are provided in the cookie policy.
  • Contact data for marketing purposes, if you subscribe to the newsletter or consent to receiving commercial communications.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors, nor special categories of data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR. Please do not enter in the forms any information that is not necessary for your request.

Providing the data marked as mandatory in the forms is necessary to follow up on your request: without it, we will not be able to respond. Providing data for marketing purposes is optional, and refusing to do so does not affect the other services.

4. How we process data

Data is processed by electronic means, by authorized and trained personnel, with technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk pursuant to Article 32 GDPR. We do not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal effects on data subjects.

5. Who we share data with

Data may be disclosed, to the extent necessary, to:

  • technology service providers acting as data processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR, in particular the website's ecommerce and hosting platform, email and email marketing providers, analytics and tag management tools, and contact management systems;
  • professionals and consultants (accountant, lawyer) and group companies, where necessary;
  • public authorities, where required by law.

The up-to-date list of data processors is available on request by writing to the address given in section 1. Data is not disseminated or transferred to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers may also process data in countries outside the EEA, in particular the United States. In such cases, the transfer takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission, the provider's participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the Commission, supplemented where necessary by additional measures. You may request a copy of the safeguards adopted by writing to the address given in section 1.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses technical cookies, which do not require consent, and analytics and marketing cookies, which are set only with your prior consent. 8. Your rights

As data subjects, you may at any time exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15 to 22 GDPR: access to and a copy of your data, rectification, erasure in the cases provided for, restriction of processing, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest and in any case to direct marketing, and withdrawal of consent at any time.

Requests should be sent to info@longinodigitalfactory.it. We respond within one month, which may be extended by two further months for complex requests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of the country in which you reside.
